Early Child Care Development is to support the development of healthy and secure infants and young children in deprived, vulnerable, and excluded communities in Teso sub region. PfCW aims develop their potential, enjoy good physical and mental health and live-in stable families. ECCD looks toward Infants and young children have empowered and responsive caregivers. Infants and young children have safe and caring environments. Quality stimulation for infants and young children.

PfCW has 18 ECD centres in 12 sub counties in the 5 districts in Teso Sub region and 10 ECD Centres have permanent buildings. The centres provide regular mental development for children of 3-5 years. Education department regularly support the ECD centres to improve the stimulation infant.
